1068094992 Word won't communicate with Zotero

Every time I try to do anything Zoterorelated on Word, I get the notification 'word won't communicate with Zotero'. This is happening in an already existing document where I previously already added citations without problems. I've tried everything it said on the existing troubleshooting page 'Word Processor Integration' but without succes.
