Data sync
Hello,
I am trying to get my data to my new computer and to synchronize the old and the new. I have successfully logged in to my Zotero account, but I am currently blocked by the two-factor authentication process because I don't get the verification email to the same email which I already used to log in.
So the verification code has been sent to my email address, but I don't get it, not even after having waited for 15 minutes and not after having done the same thing twice.
As a result, I can't synchronize Zotero with my new device.
What can I do?
