Account access issue – 2FA and inaccessible email

Hello,

I am trying to log in to my Zotero account, but I am currently blocked by the two-factor authentication process.

The verification code is being sent to my old email address, which I no longer have access to because it was an academic email that has been deleted following a change of my preferred first name.

As a result, I am completely unable to access my account.

What can I do?
