Unable to Receive Two- Step Authentication Code for Zotero Sync Login
I am encountering an issue when attempting to log in to Zotero for synchronization. During the login process, I am prompted to enter a two-step authentication verification code sent to my email. However, I am not receiving the verification email.
I have attempted this multiple times and waited for a significant amount of time after each attempt, but the code never arrives. I have also checked my spam/junk folder and confirmed that my email address is correct.
This issue is preventing me from accessing synchronization features.
Please advise on how to resolve this problem or provide an alternative way to complete the login process.
