I have the followind debug ID: D1097438997; I can't sync : after being told that the capacity was too small, I deleted some of the collections and tried to sync again without success.
Someone could help me please ?

Vous avez atteint votre quota de stockage de fichiers Zotero. Certains fichiers n'ont pas été mis en ligne. D'autres données Zotero continueront d'être synchronisées avec le serveur.

This has nothing to do with metadata (i.e., your item data)—it's about file sync. A file you're trying to upload (whatever is in the 'C7J42GPQ' directory within the 'storage' directory within your Zotero data directory, to be precise) would exceed your storage quota. You'll need to delete files or purchase more storage space.

Thnaks for your answer but I deleted the file C7J42GPQ and some others but it does not work better. The trash is apparently empty and the warning message is still the same (over load storage capacity). Debug ID D1191980927.

I do not really understand, when I delete a file or a collection, it does not fill the trash. Moreover, I can't see the storage capacity and the % of filling.

What can I do?

Are you deleting, or are you removing items from collections?

I deleted. Now I have a sync error with ID: 153263889

Restart your computer and try again.

On one of my computer I repeatedly have the same error message (ID1633913167), although on another one, everything is fine.
