Upgrade StorageGoogle Docs integration not working - continuous updating
Current Issue:
I am experiencing a critical problem with Zotero's integration into Google Docs. Despite multiple troubleshooting attempts, the plugin fails to properly synchronize citations between Zotero and Google Docs.
Specific Symptoms:
Zotero menu appears correctly in Google Docs (Add/Edit Citation, Add/Edit Bibliography, Preferences, Refresh, Unlink Citations options are visible)
Search dialog opens when clicking "Add/Edit Citation"
Item selection works in Zotero - when I select a paper in Zotero library, it turns blue (selected state)
Selection fails to transfer to Google Docs - after clicking on a search result in the citation dialog, the item appears selected (blue color in Zotero), but Google Docs remains stuck on an "updating..." state indefinitely
No error messages appear; the document simply continues the updating loop without inserting the citation
Troubleshooting Steps Already Completed:

✅ Complete browser restart (Chrome/Firefox)
✅ Zotero Connector reinstallation
✅ Creation of new blank Google Docs document
✅ Disabled automatic citation updates in Document Preferences
