Getting items to save from pub med

All of my apps are downloaded (Zotero, connector, etc); however, the program no longer transfers citations from the website to my bibliography so that I can cite them in a document. I have upgraded my account so that I can have more storage, but that did not result in resuming the process. Thanks!!!
