Deeper Shortcuts Management

Can't live without Zotero, so it's a struggle to fight with its GUI-centric design. It would be such a QOL imporvement to have deep hotkey configuration. We can't even open/close panels with short most apps have. I dream of sioyek-like pdf reader abilites. I swear my life would be perfect.
