Fighting the Citation Editor, help

I am currently fighting the citation editor, and frankly, losing. Let me just give the entire context.

I AM TRYING TO ACHIEVE:

Short form: "(Author1 & Author2 20XX: #ff.)"; "(Author 3 20XX: #f.)"; "(Author 4 et al. 20XX, Author 7 20XX)" so et al. from three authors and up. Mind the absence of commas except for multiple items in one bracket, and mind the colon for the page. Those two are important to me.

Bibliography: much more loose, I'm kinda hoping for a style that provides the full names rather than initials, but honestly I just don't care anymore, so this is fine:
Author, X. Y. und Author2, Z. (20XX). Title, stuff seriously don't care past author-year-title in that order.

Note the "und" in there, and also the "f." or "ff." rather than "p." or "pp.". I am German, and the citation should be German. BUT, I want "et al." rather than "u. a.", which is apparently the German default for that.

HELP PLEASE:

I have yet to find a style that lets me use "et al." instead of "u. a.", AND the German "und" and so on. Is the language setting in the background messing with me or have I just not found the setting yet? Because I haven't found one. I haven't found a way to edit those texts in any way yet. If someone could point me there, that'd be a huge help.
For the first parts of it, the general layout with points and colons and stuff; I could almost swear I have/had it already but just fricked myself over in saving the citation style somewhere. I think. But this language thing, "et al." in a German-language citation style? I haven't managed that at all yet. Is that even possible??

...By the way, could the citation preview thing also have an option to preview page numbers/locators in general? So many times already, I thought I'd done it only to realize that the page format was not doing what I wanted it to do even remotely. Maybe I should put that in a different post?

Cutting myself off before this post gets any more out of hand. Right. Any and all help with all this would seriously be appreciated!!
