Upgrade StorageGroup members without File Editing rights can delete annotations from Items Tree
Group members without File Editing rights cannot delete annotations from the PDF Reader. But they can still delete the annotations from the Items Tree.
After doing so, the next sync shows a "Permission Denied" popup:

If I select "Reset Group Files and Sync", I would expect the deleted annotation to come back. But even after doing a sync and restarting Zotero, the delete annotations do not come back. How can I recover the deleted annotations to keep in sync with the group library?
