Syncing Error

I was using Zotero on two devices and they were sync until I faced this error:

You have reached your Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.
See your zotero.org account settings for additional storage options.

After adding storage to my account and checking the web library, I realized that no documents is uploaded to the web library. I tried resetting the file sync history but couldn't produce any debug id on both systems.
  • You're syncing with a different account. Check your sync settings for the account you're using, and then email storage@zotero.org and we can transfer your storage subscription.
