Unable to access my Zotero account due to expired university email and MFA
Hi, my university email used for my Zotero account has been deactivated after graduation.
Now I cannot receive MFA verification codes and cannot log in.
Account email: jp20...@...ac.uk
New email I want to use: qq1...@live.
I can provide any necessary proof of ownership (previous synced data, registered devices, library info, etc.).
Please help reset MFA or update my email address.
