Create Note from Annotations

I am teaching students to use Zotero in-class and some students use Chromebooks. Is it possible to create a note from annotations using only the Chrome browser? I am not able to see how to do it, and so I think it is not possible but just wanted to ask.

This isn't currently possible in the web library, but the desktop app can be installed on Chromebooks.
