Upgraded and deleted lots of files and folders to tidy up and now references in my word doc are wron

Upgraded Zotero and then deleted lots of files and folders to tidy up. I then purchased storage as my storage was out. When I returned to my word doc, some of the references are incorrect. How do I get Word to show me the original selected correct zotero references in text please?
