Upgrade StorageZotero shuts down a linked document

Zotero keeps shutting down a document that I am working on. I have tried deleting individual citations and cannot find a single bad citation. It even shuts down with as little as 7 citations. I can't upload the document since it's proprietary information, but I need to talk to a real person to troubleshoot this. Can someone from Zotero reach out to me? my email address is [removed].

If you're using the latest version of Word and this doesn't happen in a new document, you'll need to follow the Troubleshooting Errors in Word Processor Documents, including the last step. Note that nothing says to delete individual citations — the point is to cut the document in halves to quickly find the part that's causing trouble.
