Plans on creating a self-hostable version of the web library?
Hi, I think the title is pretty self-explanatory.
I wanted to know if there are plans on creating an official (and preferably open source) server software that can be deployed in a users personal server (hardware) or hosting provider.
Even if certain features are limited, like the premium voice bank that was included in the latest update, I think this would go a long way to help adoption of Zotero in organizations that require all data to be stored within their infrastructure. I think it would also help users that require large amounts of storage for backup but aren't necessarily interested in accessing from outside their personal/organization network or VPN.

Upgrade Storage
As far as I know, there are no such plans (ETA) **for an officially supported server that can be easily deployed** - an important detail indeed.
People who need a large amount of storage are free to use a webdav server or linked files for their PDFs. The volume of the database itself is very small compared to the attached files.

Zotero doesn't provide support for either, but people do deploy at least the dataserver locally.
