what have you done before this happened, have you used syncing, with which Zotero did you create that document etc.
I have been using zotero constantly in a similiar document...i opened older versions of this document and the same thing happens, i cut and paste, same thing... i can't get past this error... it says in the zotero error report.

jayds1954, there are no Zotero-related errors in your error report, but I would guess that you're probably experiencing this issue and not the one above. We would like to fix this, but so far we have been unable to reproduce it. The only clear solution is not to use Word 2010.
