[Feature request] Lasso selector for handwritten notes

It would be useful to me to be able to select a group of handwritten notes using a lasso tool. Handwritten notes are sometimes grouped together but it often ends up not being exactly the way you want. This makes it hard to edit or move notes that should be together, and merging takes some effort.
