Upgrade StorageTag colours for colourblind people...

I know that this has been mentioned before, but it's worth repeating: the 9 colours used in the Zotero tags are not colourblind-friendly. See attached example.
It would be useful to be able to
1) at least select custom colours, or
2) ideally increase the number of colours available to something like 16~24
