Preservation of research material in e-repository
Hi,
Our institution is becoming increasingly aware of the importance of preserving research data. Me and my collegues are using Zotero intensively to store research data (articles, books, archival sources, just about anything). But what do we do with this data when our research comes to an end? How can we preserve this data in some kind of e-repository?
Storing our Firefox-Zotero-directory seems a good start, but I doubt that Zotero will be around in 50 years (no pun intended). That would leave our data unusable. So are there any other solutions to store metadata, pdf's, notes etc for generations to come?
Keep up the good work!
