Unable to sync

When I try to get my desktop app to sync, it won't accept my password, and instead says something like "user cancelled primary password entry." Can you help?

    Reinstall Zotero from the download page. Your data won't be affected.

    (You're still on an old version of Zotero. There was a problem with the updater in 7.0.16 that should've been fixed for most users automatically, but depending on your system configuration, the fix might not have worked for you, so you should just reinstall.)
