Upgrade StorageProblem exporting papers from IEEE Xplore
I am currently unable to source any papers via the IEEE Xplore translator.
I have tried using both Zotero 7.0.10 and 8.0.4 with Zotero Connector for both Firefox (version 5.0.199) and Chrome (version 5.0.200).
My machine is running Windows 11.
I am always redirected to the embedded metadata translator.
Example URL which I had the problem with:
https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstract/document/6927287
Access to the paper was provided via an institution.
I did a clean reinstall of both Zotero and Zotero Connector which sometimes mitigated the problem for exactly one paper download.
Can anyone else reproduce this problem?
Using DOI translator I am able to get the data on authors, pages etc.
