Upgrade StorageNone of the Troubleshooting Problems Saving to Zotero options are working

What it says in the popup when I'm trying to save (I am attempting to save to one of my subfolders in my library through the Zotero desktop app): An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information.
There was no name of translator that popped up when I hovered my cursor over the Zotero Chrome extension. I also previously reset my translators for Zotero as an attempt to troubleshoot.
