Broken document after version 8.0.3 upgrade

Hi. I have installed version 8.0.3. All references in library have loaded no problems. I am using the latest Word version. Zotero will not allow me to enter any additional citations. When I try the Citation Dialogue bar just scrolls around and around. I am adding new citations into an existing document with hundreds of citations already in the document. I have followed all debugging instructions. If I delete the bibliography, Zotero will not refresh and gives and error message asking if I want to go to the Troubleshooting page. Any and all advice appreciated. James.

Unless you've completely emptied the document and can still reproduce the problem, you haven't followed the last step completely. You also haven't sent us a sample excerpt that reproduces the problem or provided a Report ID.
