Upgrade StorageError Report

It tells me to report what I did... I have no idea. I opened up Zotero and saw a ! so I clicked on it. Just following directions.
I was in the process of syncing, and it went thru successfully. I dont recall seeing an error report "!".
If it means anything, I just opened up my computer and turned it "on" from standby mode.
