My Zotero is unable to import items correctly. It fails to recognize journal information and other metadata, and only imports a snapshot. I turned off the snapshot import option, but then it imports nothing at all as an attachment and still cannot recognize the correct metadata.On PubMed, the Zotero connector icon appears grayed out rather than the expected white document icon with five horizontal bars, and it fails to detect the page properly.
