I cannot fully download / sync my full Zotero Library into my new computer. This has been happening for a long time. please help me to solve this issue.

    2) Downloading of files larger than 2 GB is currently broken.

    We'll try to have a fix soon, but for now, you'd have to ignore it or delete those attachments in the web library and empty them from the trash. You can paste QTDY92AN, Y3WLTF3C, and P78PYHE3 into the desktop app search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see the attachments in question.
  • @dstillman, thank you! I appreciate your response and appolgoies for not allowing much time for the team to respond. I work with images and videos, and I had this exact same problem a couple of months ago. i would really appreciate it if you guys could prioritize fixing this issue.
