cannot add items to "My Publications"

Recently, it became impossible to add items to "My publications". I cannot drag items and the "add item"-button is grayed out. The rest of Zotero (8.0.4) works fine. Any ideas?

    The add buttons have always been grayed out in My Publications. You have to drag items from elsewhere in your library. Restart Zotero, make sure you're dragging a top-level item, and if it's still not working, provide a Debug ID for an attempt that fails.
