[Android Phone] Two minor UX suggestions for annotation efficiency (Toolbar layout & Tool memory)

Hi Zotero Team,

First of all, thank you for the incredible work on the Android release. It has already become an essential part of my daily workflow.

I am currently using the app on an Android phone. Due to the narrow screen width, I wanted to humbly suggest two minor UI/UX adjustments that might significantly improve the reading and annotating experience on smaller devices:

1. Horizontal Annotation Toolbar Option
Currently, the vertical annotation toolbar blocks the beginning (or end) of several lines of text. On a phone screen, this physical overlap disrupts the reading flow, as I have to constantly dismiss the toolbar to read the full line. If there were an option to display the toolbar horizontally (e.g., anchored to the top of the screen), it would only cover one or two lines at most, making it much easier to read and annotate simultaneously.

2. Persistent Tool Selection (Sticky Tools)
When I close the annotation toolbar and reopen it later, the previously selected tool (e.g., Text Highlight or Area Selection) is cleared. This means every time I pause reading to make an annotation, I have to perform an extra tap to re-select the tool. If the app could remember the last used tool within the same document session, it would reduce mechanical clicks by half and make the mobile annotation process much smoother.

Thank you for your time and for considering these suggestions. I really appreciate all the hard work you put into this project!
