Opacity in the pdf reader, android
Hi, I can't feel comfortable using the only possible pdf reader you provide, and that's why for now I'm using zotero just to track pdfs. Usually I'm going with moon reader (one of the many apps), which has opacity settings in addition to the brightness level: this is something that exists since ages and I suggest you to take a look into it, because it is something I really need in order to avoid burning my eyes.
I understand that you want to do everything by yourself, instead of creating a modular framework. For example you are not listening to the several requests made by user to use external readers. Just 2 minutes of searching and I find these:
1) https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/118657/zotero-android-allow-opening-pdf-with-external-app
2) https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/119936/feature-request-open-documents-on-external-apps-using-zotero-for-android
3) https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/129425/android-allow-opening-item-attachments-pdf-html-epub-in-external-app
4) https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/124881/android-opening-downloaded-files
However, if you force your users to use a suboptimal product, it's bound to happen that those users won't use your suboptimal product. Developers have spent years to micromanage reader apps and until you do the same, it's difficult to come up with something that works.
Thanks for the understanding
