Upgrade StorageImpossible to get a snapshot of this page
I'm trying to get a webpage in my library, but the connect addon says it's not possible and to get help. I tried different things, none works, I'm not a native english speaker, I need help lmao.
The connector addon gave me this ID : 359196158
The webpage that can't be snapshoted is this one (warning, NSFW content in text and images of a nullification surgery on a trans women, proceed at your own discretion) : https://neogenitals-evangelion.neocities.org/
Zotero is open and up to date, the connect addon is good to (at least should be).
Staps :
- Open Zotero
- Open firefox
- Go to the webpage and charge it entirely
- Click on the connect addon
-> The file is successfully send to Zotero with metadata, but there's no snapshot.
-> Error message is "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information."

2 workarounds:
1. On Firefox you can open the Dev Tools with F12 and make a screenshot of the entire page with the button on the right.

2. Alternatively, you can install plugins in your browser that can grab a whole page and save it as a .html for you so it'll render again later.
