cannot change my payment method
I wanted to upgrade and first choose the WeChat payment method, but my account doesn't allow me overseas transactions, and now I don't have option to change the method of payment, and everytime I enter again it says "Your payment is processing. Your storage subscription will be updated once it has completed." and pop up the wechat QR code, not giving me options to go back to choose another payment method

fcheslack Zotero TeamAfter you've confirmed you want to make the payment with WeChat, it will present the link or qr code to proceed for a few minutes. If you don't finalize the payment through WeChat in that time it will be canceled and you can proceed with a different method.
