Upgrade Storage"sharing" items between libraries
I have about 10-15 shared libraries. I have 30-40 collections in each, sometimes hierarchical.
Most of the time I share items between collections, which works perfectly: the item is not copied but shared.
Occasionally I need an item to be in two libraries, and that works much worse. When I drop an item from one library to another:
- the item is copied
- Dropping it a second time, the target is not updated
- Even if I delete the target and drop it again, it is not updated!? I think that's related to the update/sync delay

adamsmithThis is currently awkward, yes. You need to delete,. empty trash, them recopy. Zotero has long said they want to improve this.
