probs with new firefox 3.6.3

Last night while I was working on a word document, zotero quit working. I have the newest zotero winword add-on.

It evidently quit working when the newest 3.6.3 version of Firefox loaded up (automatically?). Anyway, anyone else have that problem out there?

    This isn't nearly enough information. And it's highly unlikely the problem you're experiencing—whatever that is—has anything to do with 3.6.3.

    I don't know any other way of putting it. I was working with the latest Zotero plugin for windows cite. I tried to cite and it gave me an error message. I followed up the error message and it indicated basically that zotero plugin would not work with the new version of firefox which had JUST upgraded on my computer. I assume my firefox went from 3.6.2 to 3.6.3 and the winword citation add on no longer works.

    Read the page I linked to. It's not enough to say that something doesn't work. You need to provide exact error messages and steps to reproduce problems.

    Dan I read it! We aren't always sitting at the computers where the problem occurred. I can tell you the problem did NOT occur later on my laptop which was still using an earlier version of Firefox. Are you sure the new word citation plug in even works on firefox 3.6.3??????

    I will try to provide more info when I get home on the computer that had the prob.
