Upgrade StorageSub-collection parent folder appears, but not child folders

I am experiencing a syncing issue with my Zotero 8. On my PC, I have parent folders (let's say "Folder A") with child folders (Folder 1, Folder 2, etc.). When I open Zotero 8 on my Mac, I see Folder A; however, the child folders do not appear. There is no arrow to toggle to open Folder A.
I have Zotero cloud syncing. It is up-to-date (paid), and when I look at my web library, Folder A appears, as well as Folders 1, 2, 3...
The issue appears to be limited to my Mac. To be clear, the library is sync'd, and there are no database issues when I run a database check on the Mac.
Can anyone tell me how to "push" those child folders from the other libraries to the Mac?
