Unsubscribed RSS feed reappears after each reinstall

Hi! long time user, first time poster here.

I have a minor but annoying bug, that each time I install Zotero (either a fresh machine or just a reinstall) and sync my library, the same single RSS feed that I unsubscribed from years ago reappears. Unsubscribing again removes it, but it reappears in the next install.

Any help is appreciated :)

Can you provide a Debug ID for unsubscribing and syncing?
