External pdf reader on iPad

Are thoughts about adding the ability for the iPad OS app to open PDFs in an external app for markup and editing? Would like to rotate individual pages, delete pages, use Pencil better, etc. (If there’s already a way to do that, my apologies, just haven’t seen it.)
