Upgrade StorageBug: Bibliography not cleared when last citation is removed in MS Word
Reproduce steps:
a) Add a citation anywhere in a Word document.
b) Add bibliography.
c) Delete the citation via backspace
d) Trigger Refresh
Expected behavior: The bibliography should disappear after refreshing when the last citation is deleted.
Actual behavior: It remains in the document. I must delete it manually.
