"Add comment" curser jumping to start.

When adding a comment to a highlighted text annotation, the cursor occasionally and randomly jumps back to the start of the text field. When I look up and discover this, I edit to put the text back in the right position. I've tried to capture a debug report on this, but have been unsuccessful, so there is probably not much that can be done to fix. I thought I would let the community know anyway.
