Selection issue with Chinese PDFs on iOS

When highlighting or selecting text in Chinese PDFs on iPhone/iPad, the selection is forced to start from the beginning of the line or after punctuation marks. I cannot select the exact words I want. Please fix this to improve the reading experience for Chinese users.

Is this a user error? Has anyone else experienced this? How do you fix it, or is this an app issue?thank you all
