Upgrade StorageMigrating library to private account from unlimited university account
Hello,
My university membership is going to expire in a week's time. With the university I have unlimited storage on Zotero. I would like to keep my zotero library, and pay for storage personally when my university account expires. I have added a new private email address as the primary email. As I am still a uni member, the storage is still unlimited and there is no option to purchase storage at this time. Once my university affiliation has expired, will I have an opportunity to purchase extra storage and keep my library, or will the account automatically revert to the free 300mb and delete my files?

adamsmithThe account will revert to 300mb, but you'll have some time after your affiliations end to buy a subscription (I don't think Zotero is super clear on that part, but they don't constantly verify email addresses). Even after your storage subscription expires, Zotero gives you a grace period before any data on the servers are deleted (and even then, you of course always have the local data).
