Looking for a footnote system (with some caveats!)

I'm looking for a footnote referencing system, that orders the bibliography alphabetically BUT multiple sources by one author are then sorted chronologically. (Currently, every Zotero option I can find orders the bibliography alphabetically, but then multiple sources by the same author are also then listed alphabetically.) TIA!
