Sync issue between Zotero desktop and iPad app

Hi,
I’m having a problem syncing my Zotero library between my computer and my iPad.

On my computer (Zotero desktop), I’m logged in with my account martinasirotti22 and syncing is enabled. Everything appears to sync correctly on the desktop app.

However, when I log into the Zotero app on my iPad with the same account, the library does not appear — the app shows an empty library.

I have already checked the following:
– I’m logged in with the same email on both devices
– Automatic sync is enabled
– “Sync now” has been pressed on both devices
– Internet connection is working
– No sync errors appear on the desktop app

Despite this, the iPad app still does not show my library.

Could you please help me understand what might be missing or how to fix this?
