Upgrade StorageUser experiencing error when adding bibliography ("invalid source specified.”) (MacOS)
Hello everyone
A user is experiencing an issue with Zotero in Word (macOS):
Whenever they try to add a bibliography, the following error message appears:

All citations in the document were inserted using the Zotero Word plugin.
The following has already been tried:
Reinstalling both Word and Zotero multiple times
Testing on another freshly set up MacBook — the same error occurs there as well
Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this or how to fix it?
