HeinOnline translator is broken

It used to work great and download the PDF. Now it doesn't work at all. COINS works, but only for metadata, not grabbing the PDF. Here is the report ID 946416461 Debug report D2010666009

    Sorry about that — the latest Zotero Connector version broke saving via a proxy. This should be fixed if you update to Zotero Connector 5.0.197 from the Firefox Add-ons pane (Tools → Extensions and Themes). Thanks for reporting.
