I just discovered you renowned my subscription without my permission. I want a quick refund since I am not using it as often as before.

(FWIW, Zotero wouldn't just "renew" your subscription: you're have to check auto renew when you sign up and then ignore the message that tells you it's renewing shortly. They might still be willing to refund this, of course, but this is standard practice for similar apps).
