Zotero won't save journals for some reason

I've been using Zotero for years and just yesterday the program has seemingly stopped working. Trying to save journals via the connector leads to a pop-up saying "An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information." I clicked the link to the troubleshooting page and tried just about everything, including un- and reinstalling Zotero, but it just won't work anymore. Zotero is an incredibly useful tool and I want to keep using it, but if it won't do its job, then I may have to look elsewhere for a citation generator.

Threatening to use something else if your problem isn't resolved isn't necessary. What is necessary is providing the information we ask for. The troubleshooting page ends with a request for specific information if you're still having trouble. There's no way we can help you without that.
