Had an issue adding a citation in Google Docs. I already tried to do the troubleshooting guide, but nothing works even if I create a new Google document. Please help.

    It seems like you haven't provided Zotero Google Docs plugin with sufficient permissions (and there's a bug which doesn't display an appropriate error dialog, that we will fix). You need to restart your browser, and when prompted for additional permissions when trying to cite - grant them.
