Upgrade StorageTroubleshooting with translator problem... help...
hello i'm incapable of troubleshooting the translator problem that i have with my zotero when i try to save some text on it... (sorry english is my second language...). Didn't had success in trying to solve my problem.
i filed a error report (rapport d'erreur in the french version)
ID error report number: 1180630232

this message appears: Une erreur s’est produite lors de l’enregistrement de ce document. Consultez Résoudre les problèmes de convertisseur pour davantage de précisions.
I followed all the steps on this site https://www.zotero.org/support/troubleshooting_translator_issues with no avail... all my plug-in and zotero are up to date.
Please help me solve my trouble,
