I am unable to perform synchronization.

1) Upgrade to Zotero 8.
2) If it still happens, restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins.
3) If it still happens, provide a
Debug ID
(different from a Report ID) for a sync attempt that fails.
